TPLF spokesperson says the agreement is "no longer valid"; AU urges de-escalation
As fighting spread to Afar and Amhara, a TPLF spokesperson said the Pretoria agreement was no longer valid; the African Union called for de-escalation and Tigrayan authorities accused the AU of failing the agreement.
